Most of the leaders and organizations I support are lean, founder led, and building meaningful work in real time. A sliding scale allows us to begin the conversation based on what is realistic and aligned with your current capacity.
We discuss scope, needs, and budget together, and determine an engagement structure that makes sense for where you are.

This conversation can serve two purposes. It can be an exploratory conversation about working together, or it can be a space for brief guidance and clarity around a challenge you are navigating right now. Either way, you should leave with more grounded direction than when you arrived.
Yes.
It is a no pressure conversation designed to help both of us determine fit. If it makes sense to move forward into a deeper engagement, we will discuss next steps. If not, you will still leave with clarity.
If we decide to move forward, we define the scope of work together. That may look like one-on-one coaching, group coaching, consulting, or a blend of approaches.
From there, we establish a structure, timeline, and investment that reflects your needs and capacity.
My work is primarily virtual, which allows me to support organizations in the U.S. and beyond.
For long-term consulting and capacity building engagements, in-person travel can be included.
